Our Company Story
The foundation of Kuşak Bobinaj was laid in 1980 by our founder, İ. Fehmi Kulaber, in a small workshop measuring just 10 m². Starting with winding, commutator, and brush manufacturing, this journey has not only expanded our business but also our vision.
Today, in our 1500 m² modern facility, with our qualified team, we offer a wide range of services including winding, insulation testing, vibration analysis, balancing, laser shaft alignment, magnet winding, induction coil manufacturing, and mechanical repair for low and high voltage AC/DC motors. All operations are carried out in compliance with IEC/IEEE standards.
From our establishment, our goal has not been just to repair broken machines but to contribute to the operational continuity of industries, by providing reliable and permanent solutions to prevent machines from stopping. At this point, the 200+ industrial companies with which we have been working for years is a reflection of our dedication, trust, and technical expertise.
All our test and maintenance operations are carried out in compliance with international standards such as IEC and IEEE. Not only do we repair the machines, but we also determine the causes of the failures, report them systematically, and prevent them from recurring.
In our company, not only electrical but also mechanical maintenance, shaft manufacturing, magnetic particle test (MT) and ultrasonic flaw detector (UT) are applied. Each motor is subjected to detailed control and reporting before being put back into operation.
The ethics and professional approach of our founder, İ. Fehmi Kulaber, is the compass of our company today. We work with the intention to produce an everlasting work, like Mimar Sinan. We treat each winding, test, and solution not as a job but as an everlasting work.
